Work Well

CFI introduces a new course on our “work well, live well” model - a framework designed to help leaders/coachees achieve both success and happiness. This model informs the developmental brief we receive from the sponsor and the kinds of goals the coachees set. This course focuses on the work well aspect – foundation for professional growth as a leader. Inside the course: • Deep dive into 6 capacities: Intellectual, Adaptive, Collaborative, Execution, Team Development and Impact Capacity • Each capacity is explained with dimensions, behavioural indicators, contra-indicators, examples, and resources • 4–5 modules per capacity, plus curated articles and links for further learning
